Social Match Staking FAQ

Match NFT Social Match Staking (SMS for short) is an innovative staking model. Since there are different token output capabilities between NFT types and NFT staking pools, Therefore, the Match platform encourages users to perform social match, enjoying higher yield and build a value-based social networks at the same time.

1. What are the differences between Single, Pair, and Group staking pools?

Single NFT Pool: Allows staking of individual NFTs with relatively low but consistent annual yields. Pair NFT Pool: Enables staking of pairs of NFTs (e.g., α and α, α and β, β and γ), providing higher annual returns compared to the Single NFT Pool. Group NFT Pool: Supports staking of three NFTs (α, β, γ) together, yielding the highest annual returns and continuous benefits from the RFT pool. The Single pool is limited to NFT staking, while the Pair and Group pools also accommodate Social Match staking.

2. What are the mining weights for Match NFTs?

The mining weights for NFTs α, β, and γ are 1.1:1.2:1.3.

3. What staking methods are available for Match NFTs?

Personal staking, where users can stake by their own.

SMS staking, where users stake with teammates, enjoying higher returns but requiring all team members to complete their staking.

4. What is the Match NFT staking Boost?

By staking RFG in Earn products, users can earn a Boost for their Match NFT staking. This boost ranges from 1 to 2, with a maximum of 2x.

For instance, if a user stakes RFG in various RFG earn products and gets Boost 1.1 and 1.5 respectively, the highest value will be choosed as Boost for Match NFT staking. If a user earns 500 RFG, the system will calculate the reward as 500 * 1.5.

5. What are the methods for unstaking NFTs?

Method 1: If your teammate does not complete their staking in SMS setup, you can cancel the staking and choose a new partner for match.

Method 2: Request for unstaking via the Unstake page by selecting the specific match partner.

Method 3: Click force unstake from the Unstake page.

6. How is the reward calculated for SMS staking within a group?

Rewards are calculated based on the staking weight within the SMS combination.

Assume that A and B have respectively staked α and β in the Pair NFT pool. The staking reward of A and B each block is A=1.1/(1.1+1.2)*(α price + β price)/α&β Staking pool TVL*block reward, B= 1.2/(1.1+1.2)(α price + β price)/α&β staking pool TVL*block reward.

In a Group NFT pool with A, B, and C staking α, β, and γ, The earnings each block for staking α NFT will be A=1.1/(1.1+1.2+1.3)*(α price+β price+γ price)/Group NFT pool TVL* block reward. And β and γ staking should follow the same logic.

7. What are the penalties for unstaking?

Forced unstaking results in a 10% penalty of the match team rewards, divided equally among the remaining team members.

Request to unbind incurs a 5% penalty, which is also equally shared among the team.

For example, if A, B, and C stake α, β, and γ in a Group NFT pool and A foreced unstake, the 10% penalty from A’s earnings in this team will be distributed to B and C.

8. when 10% match reserve fund will be distributed?

This measure ensures there is enough penalty fund available for teammates if a forced unstaking occurs. The remaining 10% wii be distributed after the pool concludes.
