These transfers are validated and recorded on the relevant blockchainβs distributed ledger and do not involve actual custody or transfer of tokens by Match itself.
Token Information: Enables users to view basic token-related information, including price data where available, as provided by third-party services.
DApp Browser: Acts as an interface to access third-party decentralized applications (DApps) or smart contracts. Match does not control or operate these third-party services, and your interaction with them constitutes a separate contractual relationship between you and the respective third-party provider.
The Match App includes the following additional features:
Key Management: This may include multisig configurations, social recovery options, or threshold signature schemes. It does not include any third-party managed passwords, passphrases, or access keys.
Transaction Execution: Transactions are executed via smart contracts. These contracts may include conditions that must be met before execution, enhancing the platformβs security and integrity.
IM Chat System:
a. Chat Content: When you use our in-app instant messaging (IM) system, we collect the content you voluntarily input and sendβsuch as text, images, voice messages, and videosβfor the purpose of delivering messages in real time and maintaining the continuity of your communication experience. We do not actively scan or analyze chat content for commercial or non-chat-related purposes unless legally required or explicitly authorized by you.b. Chat Contact Information: We store information such as your friend list and group memberships to accurately route your messages and support features like friend recommendations and group management. This data is used solely for enabling chat-related functionalities and will not be shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
3. Third-Party Content and Services
Certain features within the Match App may allow you to view, access, or interact with content, products, or services provided by third parties (collectively referred to as βThird-Party Contentβ and βThird-Party Servicesβ). In all cases, you acknowledge that your decision to view, access, or use such content or services is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Match bears no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Content or Services made available through the App.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your mobile device, wallet passwords, private keys, seed phrases (mnemonics), access credentials, and any other passwords or keys that are solely managed by you or third parties. Match does not store any of this information. You assume full responsibility for any risks, liabilities, losses, or costs resulting from fraud, device or wallet loss, or compromised security. Any issues related to Third-Party Services β including, but not limited to, lost access, data breaches, or service outages β are beyond the scope of Matchβs control and liability.
When initiating blockchain transactions, you must carefully follow relevant instructions and understand that such operations are irreversible. If you choose to use Match to transfer tokens, you are solely liable for any consequences of incorrect transactions, such as sending to the wrong address or selecting a malfunctioning node server. You are also responsible for ensuring your counterparty is a legally competent individual or entity.
If you receive error messages such as βTransaction Failedβ or βMining Timeout,β you should verify transaction status using official blockchain explorers or tools to avoid duplicate transfers and unnecessary fees or losses.
You are required to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction while using the Match App or interacting with smart contracts. Before transacting with or through any third party, you should review that third partyβs terms of service, privacy policy, and other relevant documentation to understand the nature of the transaction, the counterparty, and any associated risks.
Only download and install the official Match App from authorized sources. We cannot guarantee the functionality or security of versions obtained from unauthorized platforms. Any losses resulting from the use of unofficial applications or websites are your responsibility.
Use the Match App only in a secure network environment, and do not operate it on jailbroken or rooted devices.
Remain vigilant against online fraud while using the Match App. If you detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your wallet or account, you must notify us immediately and report any potential security vulnerabilities or unauthorized use.
If we, at our sole discretion, determine that identity verification is required, you agree to promptly cooperate and provide any necessary documentation to complete the process.
Fees
When transferring tokens, you are required to pay βgasβ or network fees, which are determined by you and charged by the respective blockchain network.
We may charge fees for certain features or services provided through the Match App. By using such features, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with them. We reserve the right to modify these fees at our sole discretion. You acknowledge your responsibility to pay any fees we impose (if applicable) in a timely manner. We reserve the right to suspend access to certain features if you fail to make the required payments.
When using services provided by third parties, you may incur transaction or service fees based on the pricing set by the respective provider. Any related fee information displayed within the Match App is for reference only.
You are solely responsible for all applicable fees and charges arising from transactions conducted through the Match App.
